Some problems with winamp...

Im using winamp 2, and with some songs im getting strange sounds, very loud, just for some songs, and the strange thing is that the kbps, the 128 thing, keep changing values in the sector of the music where i get the sounds..The songs start going backwards and the kbps thing start counting down 1 by 1 each time the strange sound beeps, can someone help me? Thanks for the input in advance..

Encore doesn't seem to want to download and open correctly on my new computer, which uses an operating system of Windows XP. Even when I try to open it in Win95 or 98 format. Is there a patch for this? Please help! Thanks!

I am trying to make a cd of kids music for my daughter's birthday party and have music from several cd's that we would like on one. How do I do it? I need to know how to get the music from the cd's to computer so I can burn onto one cd. Is this possible? If so PLEASE help. For info I have NTI CDMAKER 2000 PLUS for my burner program.

Hi Shana,

Firstly rip the Songs from the CD's to your computer. A free program such as Audio Bliss MP3-WAV Ripper can do it. You can find it here http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/ABmp3WAVRip .
There are also many other rippers available in the CD ripper section of Shareware Music Machine.

After that is done, you can use your burning software to burn the chosen songs to an audio CD.

Hi!I need your help. Ive asked so many people and no one seem to know.....I am trying to burn songs to cd
Ive used kazza to burn a few songs and now i can only listen to these songs off my desktop. I want to know wat program i can use that is free that can burn the songs off my computer to a cd....I also have a cd burner installed in my computer. I have CD Writer plus program, and it is installed but doesnt work....It continues to ask me to put in a disk in the M drive where the actual plain cd is.... pLEASE Please Please help me.... Regards

Mate. This is a music forum. People do use CD burners here but they are not specific to music in any way.

A CD burner is a physical device. They are cheap and you can buy them all over the place...

It is not breaking the law to change the format on copyrighted material so that you can listen to it on a different player. It is only illegal to copy the files and distribute them to people who have not paid the copyright holder for them.

Well charly, Take your WMA'z to a plastic surgeon (preferably in the L.A. area) first make for damn sure they dont want that little dude anymore. (its permanent surgury you know!) A license is DEFINENT (a tatoo parlor just wont cut it. Need certificated professionalz) Most religious folk call it immoral and against gawdzs laws.

Im in my high school marching band and we have cds of the songs we play. I play one of the bass drums. I cant hear my part nearly at all on the cd. Is there a way that i can rip out all the other parts so i can just hear the drums?

Not really. You'd probably end up removing the same sound frequencies as the bass drum.

A friend and I get bored at college and are aspiring rapstars, our question is what exactly do we need to record our voices over existing music (instrumentals). Another friend who is very into the music suggested certain programs (Fruity Loops and Kool Edit Pro) but we're not sure what those programs actually do. Please, HELP!!!!!

Personally, I'd use <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/Cool_Edit_2k/">Cool Edit 2000</a> and <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/n-Track_studio/">n_Track</a>.

Akai MPC2000XL or the new MPC1000 should do you right.

Second Step: Sample or cop some phat sounds.
