How to add music to my email

How do i add music to my email without sending it as a download.I see on different web pages there are amall players that play the music on the page.How can i get a player like that?Do i need a decored are what? Thank You.

i wanna send an e-mail but i want it to start playing the song i added when ppl open it.. can anyone tell me how to do it? thanx .. :)
