cleaning software for MAC ?

The team at Steinberg tell me that CLEAN is for PC's only. They say there's a software package for MAC that cleans tapes called 'Spark' by 'TC' (the company?).

Can any tell me where to get 'Spark' ?

i've got a 3 hour mp3. what i want to do is convert to .wav (no problem), and burn to cd (no problem). what i need to know how to do is chop it up into 74-80 minute pieces. also, i'd like to insert track markers on the cd every 5 minutes or so. this way i can skip ahead on my cd player without using ffwd and waiting for ever to get to minute 60, but i don't want breaks in the audio (which if i burn "disk-at-once" shouldn't be a problem...anyone have some input???

The crack and serial issue on this board has always been a problem. Potentially, there is a larger one for me.

There are some regular contributors here that kindly offer their brains to the forum in order to help people with their technical problems. They do it for nothing other than the good feeling of the passing of knowledge.

It appears the reward for this is an excess of over 80% of the posters not bothering to return for some of the lengthy replies that people have kindly donated. THIS IS A FORUM. Look it up in the dictionary and do the decent thing.

RETURN FOR YOUR MESSAGES AS SOME PEOPLE ARE STARTING TO WONDER WHETHER IT"S WORTH TYPING TO THEMSELVES ENDLESSLY, MONTH AFTER MONTH.

"please reply to my email address" is being ignored by me from now on... I suggest the regulars do the same..

This ISN'T and email information service. IT'S A FORUM WHERE PEOPLE DISCUSS MUSICAL ISSUES..

I seriously think that around 80% of the people that post messages here don't come back for them anyway, (that percentage is generous to say the least).

I am starting to wonder whether it's because people think that the protocol is to post the message and wait for the replies in their email inbox...

What do they take use for.?
