This error message (Error ID = 0xC00D119A) means that Windows Media Player was unable to download a Codec it needed to play the file you were trying to listen to.

Beacuse windows media shares your internet settings, I'd start by going to IE's tools->internet options menu

Check the Security tab for internet and go to 'custom level'. See if 'Allow file downloads' is checked - if not, check it, OK out, restart IE and windows media and try the codec download again.

If it works you should be able to set your IE security back to 'refuse file downloads' until you need it again.

on my windows 98 i cannot detect sound car. this has happened after re-starting the windows 98 ( help)

unable to play my dvd on my laptop
