I am trying to send the signal from my 16 channel board to my br-352 via the line out to the line in (RCA plugs). Am I barking up the wrong tree, or is the correct procedure. It isn't working for me.

Hi,

does anybody know if there's an application for the Mac that will record and save audio-input at a given time? Just what you do with your vcr when don't want to miss your favorite tv-show.

you might want to add www.ic-musicmedia.com which lets you host songs and videos....

it's a relatively new and unknown (but brilliant omd)

QUESTION: How did the demise of MP3.com affect you?

With MP3.com closing down for the time being, how has the whole saga affected musicians?

Have you lost any music? Or had you already stopped using the site after it sold to Universal? What do you think of CNET's handling of the issue?

I'd love to get some feedback on this because the loss of all the content on MP3.com is a real cultural tragedy.

I agree, the demise of MP3.com left a lot of people out of pocket and displaced their platform

I've been using many other OMD's
IUMA / Soundclick / IC-music media etc etc....

Personally I'm glad to see the back of MP3.com
it screwed it's artists in many ways and offered an inferior service to free omds

creating audio files

I recorded some audio files onto my computer. they are saved as wav files. I burned to a cd, but can't play back on regular cd player. How can I convert the files to a regular audio file that can be listened to, on a regular cd player??

assuming that you burned the CD as Audio and NOT Data......

Some older CD players do not play copied CDs I'm afraid. But if it's not an old CD player check to see if you created an AUDIO CD...

also, try it out on different CD Players
(inluding the one on your computer !?!?

i get the same message and im currently trying to resolve the problem. the only way i have found to bypass the message is to select the folder that contains what you want to burn (in my case nero only gives me the message on mp3's) and then once that folder is added, delete what you dont want. hope that helps untill you find the solution

maybe someone can help be. When I start after the installation the databecker music center, I get the message "File wmdavi.dll not found", and I didnt have sound. Where I can find this file and in which path this file has to be??

If you have the PC version, export to an MP3 then see "making an audio CD" at the top of the home page.

If you have the PS2 version then connect your PS2 audio out to your PC sound card and see "Tape to CD"

I found this exert about the PS2 MG2 software:

...Unfortunately, as with the original MTV Music Generator, besides saving your work, you can't really do much else with it. That is, in order to play back your song, you first need to load up MTV Music Generator 2, then load up your song in turn. This may seem obvious, given the nature of the product. But the PC version of the original MTV Music Generator let you export your songs to MP3 format, which made the prospect of pouring hours into creating a decent piece of music seem more reasonable--at least you could then easily share it with your friends.

pinout for live drive midi cable (mini din)

help!
bought a reconditioned livedrive to go with audigy soundcard but have no midi cable for mini din connection on live drive.i can make up acable but need wiring diagram (pinout)only realy need input side ,so could some nice person run a multimeter over theirs?

Try this page. It's a Japanes site, but the English is
fairly OK with a diagram. Basically, the pinouts are the
same for mini DIN to standard: 1-1, 2-2 etc.
