How to burn all of my songs.

How can I burn all of my songs on my CeQuadrat just! audio?? I can only burn some of them but I want to burn all of them. Thanks

I need the install disk for the Midiman Dman 2044 sound card for Windows. The midiman.com and m-audio.com sites only have updated drivers for d/l, not the original diskette files, which contain the Dman 2044 Control Panel (on the Utility disk) and original driver install files. Can anyone help out a musician in need? Thanks.

sample mapping ?

what program could i use to map certain samples to a midi keyboard and have that program be triggered by my midi editor (freestyle 2.3 or cakewalk 9). i have downloaded all the samples from a tr808 and 909 (and i want to use my own samples too) and want to use them in comps, but i want to avoid having to buy an expensive drum machine. if this is not possible, is there a software-based drum machine that can be triggered by a midi editor? help!

Not a big one on software samplers but I have had a play with the EXS 24 sampler for logic audio (VST playback version available) and it's pretty awesome..

I would greatly appreciate if someone would tell me in plain english how to hook up 2 Technics 1200 turntables and 1 Gemini UMX7 scratch mixer to my pc and get a halfway decent ass sound. I installed the sound card and drivers with no problem. I run the turntables to the mixer(of course)which use analog RCA jacks to a 1/4" conveter to fit into the breakout box for the Delta 66 sound card. When I play a record or scratch the sound is very low and muffled. I e-mailed M Audio for tech support, which proved to be a futile watse of time. I'm new to this pc recording and am not sure if I have to hook the mixer into a amp or something like that before it goes into the breakbox, like a mic or guitar or if I just have shit hooked up wrong. I want to be able to record vinyl mixes(not mp3's) that I perform on the turntables directly into the pc. My homie hooked me up with some software he said I could probably use. I have Reason, Traktor, Acid Music 3.0, and Abelton Live and based off what I've read I should be able to do this with at least one of these programs. Could one of you techno players shine some light on a brother cause this is confusing the shit out of me.

MusicMatch Jukebox Application Error

I recently installed MMJB to use with my new iPod. I'm having a recurring issue when copying CDs into MP3 via MusicMatch. Everything goes fine until the last few tracks of the CD, at which point I get the following "red X" error:

mmjb.exe - application error

"The instruction at '0x7c2a763c' referenced memory at '0x0000001c.' The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program."

I have reinstalled several times, but I still get the same error at the same place on several CDs. Any suggestions?

(Turn this option off.)

After MP3's are created on harddrive:
1) hold the Ctrl key down
2) click on each new track
3) right click on selected group of tracks
4) select "Prepare Track(s) for Volume Leveling"

Can anyone help me record my mixes onto my PC please ?

I'm using Sound Forge. I had intial problems getting the mix through onto my PC speakers through the PC but i sorted that OK.

However after "recording" the mix, there is no music when i play it back and the music "graph" is just a flat line.

How can i sort this out ? It's driving me insane !

check all your vu levels? can your line in or mic jack?
not be working and if they are ?? do U see the vu meter go up into the colors??after that is it possible your configuration is not fed into your sound card properly . in other words everything leading into your soundcard may be to par but your configuration may be wrong!!are you dj-ing into the software could be your mixer, because my recording jacks on my mixer are a few db's lower than my master jacks!! let me know how goes it!! later

People can cure cancer, fly to the moon etc. So why can't we figure out a system so that the music would be for free and the artist gets compensated anyway?

does anyone know of a simple PC program wich will emulate a pitch ribbon controlled synth - doing what a ondes martenot or a moog ribbon controller will do??

i've tried back2basics, virtual theremin and mouSing and they don't do what i need (or work!)

I am not a computer savvy person. I have read the user's guide and pushed every button I could think of with no results I desired. I bought cakewalk pyro 2003 and have been trying to record a voice over music. I have a wav and an mp3 of the music and I'm trying to sing the vocals over the music but the program won't let me play the music and record at the same time. what do I do? I don't think I'm capable enough to record it separately and then mesh the files(if that's even possible on this software)-jenifer

I'm not aware of any functionality like that in Cool Edit.
Cool edit is essentially an audio editor.

I think what you are looking for is the VST Wrapper in Fruity Loops (imageline s/w)

Obtain a "Y-Cable" and run it from your soundcard to your stereo.
That's the simplest way and sound quality is not too bad.

Go to radio shack or wal-mart and ask for a y-cable. They shouldn't be too expensive, like $7 or $8 CAD.
