how do I track out a single track with no pauses?

I'm mastered my live DJ set, now I can't figure out how to track it out without having long pauses between each track. There has got to be a way...

Hello,
Does anyone know of a soft synth that would basically emulate the Commadore 64 sounds? I know of the sid station, but I can not buy it, and would like to know of something (could be crappy as all hell I don't care) that would basically do the same types of 8 bit sounds? I also know of the Sample CD 8 bit stylez, but I am looking for something I can tweak and something free.

Supposed to sound like a C64. I like it. Don't know if it really sounds like a C64. It is a Quantum 64 by Cockaine.

We've had this installed on our computer for several years...all of sudden we are getting the error message that we don't have CD-R or CD-RW. It IS installed but for some reason this program doesn't recognize it. Can anyone help??

I want a CHEAP (free) 4-8 track recording software... low recording quailty ok... and a cheap card to take a few jacks... dosent matter if i can only record one track at a time... this is purely to record ideas... and to digitally replace my crapy 4 track casset tape recorder... i want simple and cheap...

here is what i have: PII 288 with 128MB ram...

any advice out there?

Realtime Reverb for Karaoke?

Is this possible? I use a laptop with a Crystal WDM soundchip. I can plug a mic into it and sing, but there is no utility for me to add echo or reverb to the vocals. Does anyone know of any software that will do that?

What di I need to divide a music file into seperate tracks? I want to recort a whole LP side and then go back and divide the songs into seperate tracks to burn onto a CD.

You would need the original masters to do that. It would be nigh impossible to achieve as different instruments occupy the same frequencies.

soundforge help needed

Hi there...trying to work out how to record in stereo into soundforge...whenever I load a file from a cd it appears as 2 waves..which i gather means it's in stereo....but whenver i record into soundforge myself...from vinyl or radio...it appears as mono..which i guess is mono...how do i make my own recordings stereo?????

I don't have the software, but I assume you have to look for some sort of EXPORT function.

pro tools tdm mix cubed
apogee ad8000
digidesign 888
ssb 7 card
expansion chassis
g3 blue and white

i recently had to do a reinstall of pro
tools. i use the apogee as my master and 888 as a slave. to get the apogee
recognized by pro tools, you must trash dae prefs and another folder(i can't
remember off the top of my head) my problem is this, i can get levelsl to/from
the 888 but my pro tools session gets nothing. the paths are not inactive and
i have yet to try swapping the connections to the cards yet, but if anyone has
any suggestions, i'm open. thanx, chris
also, i tried reseating all pci cards

Yes, you still need the hardware to burn the data onto the disc. And don't forget the software, either.

I was hoping I didn't need the hardware or software because I don't have any of it. I'll have to check out the price for everything. Thanks for the reply back!!
