I just got a cd burner, I have downloaded some music that I would like to burn, but the files are saved as m3u. When I try to pull up the files, It says I can only burn mp3 or wav. files. How do I save my m3u files as mp3?

well, they have m2u files for streeming media, and are made that way so you can't convert, but I recomend going to napster, You can download mp3 files, not m3u

I purchased an HP CD burner and I'm only using the software which came with it. I've recorded a couple of CD's but the volume level varies from one song to another. I'm looking for some software which will allow me to adjust the volume of the song before recording. Any ideas?

Yes invest in a recording soundcard and invest in recording software i suggest soundforge4.0 or higher

I had to reload desktop sheetmusic back onto my computer after a crash and now the inspector does not function. Is there something wrong with my disk? or can you tell me what has to be done to correct this>

OK people I'm a complete newbie when it come to editing!!! What I have is a Midi file that I want to shorten. Now Cooledit 2000 can do this with wav files but I'm damned if I can find a proggie that can do this with Midi files! I just want to take out about two seconds of silence at the start of the file HELP!!!

DJ needing mobile mp3 playing tips

I'm a DJ in Lex, KY and I'm looking to buy a laptop and take it out on mobile gigs and play mp3s instead of CDs...any reccommendations on which laptop to get, it would need RCA outs (audio l and r) and be affordable as well...
plus are there any rackmountable mp3 players out there on the market yet that would work in the same application...

I am in desprate need in finding a softare that will convert a RealVideo file (.rm) to any movie files (.avi/.mpeg/.mov).. I'm doing a project and I have wonderful RealVideo files which I can't use unless I it's in another movie format..
