does anybody know which vocal-VST-effect is used in 2pacs "California Love" or in several Snoop Dogg tracks?

Yes, it's a vocoder ! But it's not a plug-in !
It's a Roland SVC 350 (1980's) on California Love ! And the modulator is a key played SAW wave !
That's all, and don't ask why i am so damn sure...
