One doesn't BECOME anything. If you want something badly AND you trully have talent (AND BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE NOT THE JUDGE OF YOUR TALENT - OTHERS ARE) you have to bust your butt to get what you want and even then when you are moving in that direction and working and learning as a dog, still, beware that only a small percentage of lucky ones make it. IF you don't have a gooood connection in the business it is harder, but even if you do, it won't help if you are not "both feet on the ground".

It is all about TALENT (15%), hard work, hard work and involvement. IT MIGHT happen then.
