try a mobile phone site you twat... else try not talking so much, or binning your phone that might work... If you take the battery out when you are drunk and hide it somewhere, when you are sober you may forget where you actually put it, thus eliminating the problem of talking on the phone so long

Not unless you tell us what the context is, although
it could simply be refering to <b>L</b>eft & <b>R</b>ight

mac powerbook and sound cards - help

Trying to decide between outfitting my pc or my mac powerbook with music processing software. since there's no card slots on laptops, is it even possible to run cubase or digidesign pro tools on a laptop? It seems impossible to me.

If you mean you want to play your violin and have
your PC automatically create a MIDI file or Sheet
Music from what you've played then you need to
download <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/IntelliScore_Polyphonic/">IntelliScore Polyphonic</a>.

you dont need to translate sheet music, sheet music is sheet in all languages.

hello im in real need of help. im trying to set up a friends computer to make music. he has cakewalk on his puter and currently runs windows me. we are trying to set up so he can run his mixer, drums, guitar and other instruments through the computer in order to make his own music. please tell me where to start.

I know of hammersound, but would like to try others.

I loved Fruity before, and am totally surprised that they have outdone themselves so well!

click view, playlist, and arrange patterns on the track sequencer that opens - then on the main screen change the selector at the top from <b>play</b> to <b>loop</>, this should sort ya out.

Hi,

for audio get n-tracks by fasoft

for midi get orion by sonic-syndicate

each program isaround $50. With the money youve saved from this buy the best moniters and microphones you can afford.
then when you have some potent gear look at softwares such as cubase,logic audio, cool edit, vegas, acid, fruity loops, nuendo etc and see what they can do for you.

n-tracks is a multi track program that lets you use vst and direct x plugs, and its quite nice. Orion is a sequencer, drum machine, sampler, analog synth, loop player, and drum sampler all in one.

So for cheap audio its n-tracks, for cheap midi orion(and orion has much more as well)
Both these programs are good enough until you have killer outboard bear.fyi any moniter under $300 is crap, and these are oh so essential.GOOD MONITERS MICS AND PRES are most important besides of course the performance.

But I'm new to this and I don't know whats best for me
