: I'm getting digital clicks when i record from my Fostex D-80 (hard disk recorder) through my 01V to my Korg 1212. Help!!

You are having some kind of digital clock error. When you have a bunch of digital audio gear hooked up you need to make sure that all your clock sources are set at the same rate and you have one masterclock. Make sure your 1212 is set to digital in. Have you tried skipping the o1v in your digital chain?

LOST MY ADAPTEC CD CREATOR DELUXE4.0 where can i download the whole program??

I have a major problem here. Can't figure out what causes it. So, if anyone knows how to prevent it or fix it, I'd really appreciate it.

After formating HD, installed everything (Wind 98 SE, drivers, programs... When instal EZ CD Creator 4 or any CD Burning Software for that matter, it can't see the burner; however, both Cd drives are fully functional. BUT If I instal EZ CD Creator right after installing Win98 and important drivers, before win98 updates (MS site), then it works. untill I reinstall it or something. Then it gets messed up again.

I have no idea what causes it and what I can do to fix it without formating the hd and reinstalling everything from scratch.

I tried calling adaptec... They can't help 'cause I did not buy it from them, my drive's manufacturers have no idea what goes on :-( and why.

I have had great success using EZ CD creator 4.02c
until recently, All of the sudden (I don't think that
I changed anything) The program won't recognize Mp3
extentions. It displays something similar to the
following: "Whatever.mp3 has an invalid extention,
valid extentions are WAV and MP3." and in fact
WAV files do work, just not MP3. Please tell me how to
fix it and I will forever be your slave...well, I
might write you a poem or make you a sandwich
or something.

first convert .mp3 files into .wav format then use the ez cd creator to burn those .wave files onto blank cds. remember to close the cd when you're done burning otherwise you can't play it on cd player.

: Alright, my question is about the software Easy CD Creator 4.0 Deluxe. I Have a HP Pavillion 6640C w/cable modem that has a CD-Writer Plus ( multi-read) 8000 series. My operating system is Windows '98. I'm trying to record audio discs with the Cd-r brand: Memorex Cd-r 74 DA and the help of Easy CD Creator 4.0. I also have MusicMatch Jukebox 4.0 already preinstalled on my desktop. As noted, I'm recording on cd-r media to be able to listen to it in any home stereo.

: Using Easy CD Creator 4.0, I am trying to record audio cds of mp3 files taken off the internet (legitimate sites) that can be played by my home cd player. First, I was using Easy CD Creator 3.5 (pre-installed) in order to get this task done. That program would only let me download the mp3 files from the internet as data files. No audio files were listed in my audio tab after downloading to my C: drive. I don't know a great deal about the program, but I attribute this to possiblility of the program not being able to convert data to audio. : Now, back to the real question... Using 4.0 I use the 1-2-3 wizard under Spin Doctor on the program. The first step ask for the source from which the audio files are stored, my C: drive inside a folder. The second step asks for the destination of the audio file. : The cd-rs I am using are Memorex Cd-r 74 DA. Previously, I unwrapped 3 of these blanks and tinkered around with them to gain an understanding of the 3.5 software. With the help of a HP technical support person I went through and copied a 4:40 minute data file on 1 of the discs, which would not play in the home cd player.
: When I inserted these discs into the cd-writer, the message appeared "Unable to find destination cd" for 2 of the discs. Now, the 1 cd I actually recorded the 4:40 minute data file on with the use of CD Creator 3.5, had one track pop up in the right side window. I take it that there shouldn't be any trouble with my connection since this happened. I've also unwrapped 2 brand new Memorexs to try and both get the "unable to find destination cd".
: So, I cannot get past the 2nd step of the 1-2-3 wizard because of this reason. If anyone can PLEASE help with this problem I would be greatly appreciative.

Audiomulch has multiple simultaneous loop players with auot-time stretch (a really good algorith too).

Also has multiple simultaneous drum machines which will trigger any wave in 16 note steps.

I use it with the ton of free samples on the net.

I run a highpassed breakbeat loop in one loop player, a loop of Big Drums in another, then a drum machine that I program myself with hip hop kick/snare/open/closed hats.
I also run another drum machine to trigger wav samples, and a bass line too.

Since Audio mulch can export to wav, you shou7ld really only use it to build your own loops, and then use a dedicated loop sequencer like acid for song production.

TRY TO UNZIP THE FILES USING WINZIP...
then you can play them in your karaoke palyer.
these files are not like mp3 you actualy have to un zip them ... good luck

you can just use a wire from a portable CD player to go from you computer to a tape deck.

The wire is most likely 1/8 inch on one side and with red and white (RCA plugs) on the other.

Put the 1/8 inch in the computer, and the red and whites in your stereo. Set the stereo to AUX IN or LINE IN (the setting you use when you plug your portable CD player into it), and press record.

EXPERIMENT!!!! USE MULTIPLE TAPES TILL YOU GET IT RIGHT.
