i have cequadrat just burn installed in my compaq computer but i could never figure it out how to burn songs from online. I tried but in the end it ejects my cd out n when i try to play the cd it will not play. Can you please tell me what is the proper way to burn cds with this just burn software. Thank you

Sadly, I don't think you'll find any resolve for this software. CeQuadrat was acquired by Roxio back in 1999. It seems that Roxio has just ignored this product, and is no longer supporting it. There are no known updates.

I found this out after talking with a Microsoft rep in reference to the same problem. I was gettign the SCSI error, too. Then, when I tried to burn discs w/ the XP software or Real, it would say that the drive was busy.

How did I resolve the issue? Simply uninstall ALL CeQuadrat programs. As soon as I did that, both the XP and Real programs were able to burn data and music onto a disc, without adding any additional drivers or programs.

I am using a Compaq 5834 with a Sony CRX100E CD-RW. I'm not sure if this will help others, but I would definitely try it. After all, ya can't do anything w/ the CeQuadrat software anymore.

Thank God. I thought it was me. Something must be wrong at Macster since so many people are having THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!! I have tried to contact Macster but something tells me not to hold my breath. There are worse fates, I suppose.

I had that problem it was so frusrtating....now I have a new problem...when I connect the controle pannle comes up connects me and then instantly disconnects me....AGGGG any ideas?? email me

I recently downloaded the New Macster..without success..everytime it tells me "Fatal Error" one or more modules did not load. What's the deal?
