Need a lil Mixman info.....

Does anyone know of any way to create a .TRK file like the ones designed for Mixman studios? Any program available for that?

Hi.
From what I´ve heard you can export wav.files in the latest version of Recycle (1.7?) to mixman files. It sounds nice since you then should be able to loop the original wav. file in Mixman, and then mess around with choped parts. Have a try if you can.

MIDI to wav to CD

My wav recorder will not keep up with 44MH 16bi6t Stereo....do I need a better wav recorder? If so, which one! Or is a config problem.

I have tried YoGen and AnalogX and they don't meet my standards for a good vocal removal program pls help me!!!

If any software developers hang out here, they should get working on this type of software because the demand is obviously growing. There's nothing for the home users that successfully removes vocals.

Hello there,

Unfortunately, there isn't anything that can do this at present to the kind of standard that would allow you to remove vocals and then put down your own. However, you could try using <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/Cool_Edit_Win32/">Cool Edit</a> to remove everything that is center panned or use AnalogX's <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/VocalRemover/">Vocal Remover</a>.

Hi....I do this all the time and it's very easy. Go to Realplayer.com and download Real Jukebox. This lets you record music from your CDs to your hard drive in mp3 format.

WAV Formatting

However, the problem is that these files are
178 kbps and 22khz (Instead of 128 kbps and 44khz)
is there any way to put these on an Audio CD (by maybe
formatting them or something)???

Use Goldwave 4.02 or WINAMP 2.x to
convert WAV Layer-3 ot MP3 files to WAV PCM.
I`m using Cool Edit 1.53 BSI -
standart function CONVERT SAMPLE TYPE to
convert WAV format to 44100 Hz Stereo
That`s all.

Atari ST Cubase

PS if you can get SCSI harddisk for Atari, your
system will be COOL (believe, without hard disk
this could be pain in the ass)

No,DDCLIP can`t work with MP3.
(but program are really COOL !!! )

Export audio files from a PC to a MAc

Yep, I had the same problem as a studio near me
had a Mac but no PC, and I only have a PC and an
ancient Atari.
You can get some software called Transmac from
Acute systems at :- WWW: http://www.asy.com/
This can write stuff from a PC and format it
for a Mac to read it. And the Pc can read media
from a Mac too!
I have sucessfully written to floppies and 100 Mb
Zip disks, although I'm still not sure how to
convince Adaptec's easy CD creator and my Yamaha
2260 CD re-writer to do the bizzo...
The other thing is I do nearly all my audio
with on the PC is Cool Edit Pro, which can
turn *.Wav files to *.Aiff files for the Mac.
Although I would imagine many other utilities
can do this also, which you might find somewhere
like Download.com or ZDnet.com ..

I have a Roland A-880, a relatively old piece of equipment I realise, yet I'm into old stuff and it should work brilliantly. Unfortunately I cannot fathom out the manual and I'm stuck. Does anyone out there have any information on this equipment that could help me get it up and running again,
