: Actually the much-famed Ra2Wave program will do it, but the demo version puts an electronic vioce saying "Ra2Wave Demo" about once a minute. But it proves it can be done!!

: : You can't convert a ram file into a wav file, because the ram (real player file which streams) is a streaming file, which can't be converted. Only a real audio file (which is .ra not .ram) can be converted to a wav file. Real media (.rm) files can be converted into a wav file as well. Somehow you're gonna have to change or convert the .ram file to a .ra file, since they're the same thing anyways, except for the .ram is a streaming version of the .ra file. You'll have to either get the real encoder software, or something in this nature. Hope I helped out!!

Hello there,

It's quite simple once you know how. I use a cable which goes from the output of my cassette player to the input of the soundcard. I press 'play' on the cassette player and if everything is going fine I will get music coming out of my PC's speakers. After that, it's just a case of pressing record in whatever audio package you use. let me know what happens.

hi felix, i am using a cubasis with djx, i think we have had contact b4. when using them you musy assign each noise to each channel every time you switch the djx on and off. yes it is time consuming but like everything the more you do it the quicker it gets. You havve to use the djx to change voices. Can you record a sustained noise on your set up - i can't. I have had so many problems with my midi set up, i am investing in a hard ware sequencer the rm1x - hope i get on better with that. ....paul
