they're not cheap, but you can achieve a similar effect with like cooledit or somethin'.

copying damaged cd's

i'm able to copy a damaged cd to my computer and it will play on the computer. but, i haven't been able to copy the files on the computer to another cd nor am i able to copy the original cd directly to another cd. how do i make this happen?

i have a imac 08.5 and downloaded mac amp 2.0.1 version
and also juke box, so when i try to go in the program
it tells me that my imac does not find it.

Check out a program called soundforge from Sonic Foundry. It'll do this and a lot more.

I just got myself a soundblaster live value which is, I think, a great soundcard. The only problem I have is when I try to record midi on a wave track. It's to say when I play my midi parts and try to record them on a audio track : it clips !!
You know, I'm talking about this awful digital noise of saturation.

Anyone live in New York City that can help me set up my CS2X, Proteus 2k, and 2 Korg Electribes (E & S) properly with my computer sequencer. I have Cakewalk Pro Audio & Logic Audio, a Mackie LM-3204 mixer, and I finally just got a MOTU midi express XT. I've set it up to the best of my ability, but I'm pretty sure something isn't right, plus I can't seem to figure out Logic Audio which I hear is better. Cakewalk is abit easier, but still need help with it. I'm new to midi & sequencing altogether, so if someone is out there and wants to get together, help me out, & hang out let me know. I'm more than heppy to let you use my equipment if ya like.

I had Music Match on my computer and it automatically played my CDs when I popped them in. Now I deleted MusicMatch and whenver I put cds in it always looks for MMjb.exe and it isn't there.Help me point that to another Cd player program.

Hello:

well i guess you can tell i am sufficating right about now. i just picked up an Atari 1040STF, for the purpose of doing some home studio production. Nothing major at the moment. My first problem is that i was given a hard drive which is for this computer but when i connect it, i just keep getting a flashing screen and i believe it is asking me for a boot disk. So of course i have been looking for a place were i can purchase whatever i need to get this hard drive booted up "ANY IDEAS". Second i have been trying to locate and purchase a copy of the "Atari Notator" i am not sure if this program was made by Atari, but i would appreciate it if someone could give me an idea of were to get it, on 720k diskettes of course.

....i can play a piano and i make hip hop off of that..........but i need to be able to record it on a computer maybe, or something else, where i can burn it on a cd...also the equipment that i need to run the mic through in order to help the sound quality...also a mic that is of good quality...i am very good with rhymes to a beat...i just need to record...so please help...Luke AKA LuUcious

I installed EZ CD Creator 5 Platinum under Windows 2000. Everthing works fine except:
The burning process cannot end while finalizing CD. You even cannot use task manager to end the process. The only thing you could do is switch off the PC. It happened every time when finalizing CD.
