You may be facing this problem due to
your sound card driver. Removing the
existing sound card driver and installing
the 16-bit driver might solve your problem.

Please follow the bellow given steps to
remove the existing sound card driver and
to install 16-bit driver.

REMOVE ANY EXISTING WINDOWS '95 Sound Card DRIVERS.
1. Double click on MY COMPUTER.
2. Double click on CONTROL PANEL.
3. Double click on SYSTEM.
4. Single click on DEVICE MANAGER.
5. Click on the (+) sign next to (Sound, Video and Game Controllers).
6. Remove all the sound device drivers.

INSTALL THE REVEAL 16-BIT DRIVERS.
1. Go back to CONTROL PANEL.
2. Double click on ADD NEW HARDWARE.
3. Single click on NEXT.
4. Put a dot in NO.
5. Single click on NEXT.
6. Single click on (Sound, video and game controllers).
7. Single click on NEXT.
8. Single click on HAVE DISK.
9. Select the driver(s), (C:\SC400\WINDOWS etc.).
10. ENTER.
