Hi, i'm looking for a program that can remove vocals from mp3 or wave files. Leaving just the instrumental. I'm also looking for a program that will allow me to record my voice with instrumentals.

the best program that i have found if you are a serious dj is "digital 1200sl" by visiosonic. the program can be purchased at www.visiosonic.com. you can also download the demo version at the same site to try it for 30 days. the program costs 199 dollars to buy but it is definitly worth the money.... i could not find another program that supported sound blaster live sound cards which allow you to monitor tracks for mixing just like if you were using a mixing board with turntables. if you know of one, please let me know!!!!!!

p.s. if you are just looking for shareware to mix mp3's(simple crossfading) i recommend "tactile 12000" which is available at the shareware music machine at www.hitsquad.com
