i'm looking for utility for converting MIDI 0 to MIDI 1. Is there any free programs?

Hi there
I run WINXP and the programs that I have running on my machine are :midfil3:midinfo:midprgms:genmid0:genmidi

I think that genmid0 and midfil3 contain the dlls required.
anyway "midtype" now runs and converts.
Note if you have a sequencer package "cubase, cakewalk"
will convert for you and save the file.

http://www.borg.com/~jglatt/progs/software.htm
AND TRY "MIDITYPE" or do a search for midi type1 (use copernic search engine for free)

The problem is that I cant install that converter at my WinXP.
The installation fails with the message that something's wrong with some kind of libraries or smth else. I'm really not so familiar with computers. I need a program that really works.

The author hasn't tested it for XP but it might work. That's the best I could come up with.
