Restoring clipped mp3's...........

Hello, I've recently downloaded several MP3's that are clipped and have had this problem in the past.In the past I just deleted them but that gets old when you have a slow connection and it takes forever to download. So I guess my question is this. Is it possible to edit and restore the files that have this problem? Ideally something that could take several files and scan them, restore clipped audio in a batch converter type operation. If not in that fashion, one file at a time. Thanks in advance!!!
