try turning the write speed to 2x

What you've done is download the executable only (probably from some file sharing service or warez site?). This is not the full app, and doesn't work standalone.

burning cd

hello i have pentiam 2 800 15g winme
ihave ez cd creator 5 i am trying to insert
tracks on a cd that currently has 1 long track
74min long.the cd ha 12 songs and i want to coppy
a few song but i cant do it because it has one track.
if annybody knows how to please send me some info.

You'll need to take the track off the CD with a suitable ripper, split the
long track up into twelve individual tracks, either manually using a WAV editor
or by using something like WAV Singulator.

Portable MP3 Player

I have a COBY MP-C400 MP3 Player.
It Comes with a USB cable and installation disc, but I cannot get my computer to recognize the actual MP3player device. USB ports work for sure.
My Question is ; Is there any software that could help in this situation. Or does any one have any advice on what the hell I could do.
Please respond I'm desperate.

If the installation disc doesn't work, and you're sure the USB ports
work and are recognised by Windows properly, then it sounds like it's
more than a software fault. Take the player back to where you bought
it, explain the problem, and ask for a replacement. If that doesn't work
either, then you know the problem is at the PC end.

Unfortunately, solving problems like this are very difficult when you don;t
have the offending kit in front of you.
