I have a PC with an OPTi-933 16-bit soundcard
which was working until I had to reformat my hard drive. Since then I have the same problem even after trying and installing the same drivers I had before. It says "MMDEVLDR.VXD" could not be loaded. However when I installed the DOS drivers for the card it worked in DOS. I don't know what's wrong but it's definitely got something to do with Win 98/9.x. Could anyone please help?
