Software Description

DR5Tool is no longer available - we have left the comments below so any remaining users can discuss it.

DR5Tool is a Macintosh program that allows you to load standard MIDI files into the Boss DR-5 Dr. Rhythm Section from Roland. As a side effect, it also allows you to back up the contents of the pattern and song memory.

I dont need the software, but i would love to have the MAC "DR5 tool" to become a PC version (with the possibility to upload standard MIDI files. Please mail me if you got it ! ;-)

With the PC i need to track down "record" all tracks one by one what i've have done.

I now have a very FULL Boss DR5 and I am getting very concerned about not having a backup. Unfortunately I too am PC based - so do you have a PC version ( Windows, Win95, NT) or know of another similar product?

This isn't equivalent to the Dr5Tool program but might be useful.
