Software to decode FSK recorded in a WAV file?

I have 1200 baud FSK (telecom FSK) recorded in an 8x8 mono wav file and I've been looking for some software that could decode it. Does anyone have any suggestions for where I can look for a software FSK decoder that can take WAV files as input? Thanks!

Hello Josh,

Am building a system that will capture and decode telecom FSK tones, well trying to anyway! Would it be at all possible to have a copy of your fsk wav files? Need some sort of wav test files for my project. Would very much appreciate it! I am also interested in getting a soft that would decode my FSK.wav record. The FSK is used in Europe for transmitting for example the Caller ID for fixed telephony modem v23 (easy to check by connecting a loudspeaker directly to your phone line with Caller Id service activated.). Does anyone know which soft could be used to extract the binary data from the FSK wav file? I would greatly appreciate any clue.

Yes, wouldn't that be cool! I am working on something like that in a math program called Matlab, but unfortunately I have not yet been able to get it to work reliably.
In hardware such a device is quite simple to build, so my approach is to simulate a circuit like that.
Disadvantages of my current solution:
1 It is very sensitive to noise
2 It requires Matlab to run...
Did you get any better ideas yet?
