Convert .REX files to .WAV or any other

Can anybody please point me to a reliable program for converting ReCycle .REX files to .WAV

ReCycle can only do .WAV to .REX and I need it the other way around. Please EMAIL any suggestions.

I read that if you were to send Rex files for use within Dr Rex in Reason, you can use Reason to export the sound/loop as a wav file.
I have been searching for software to do it, but that is all ive found so far.
