Converting .ram files into mp3 files

I was just curious on how to convert .ram files into mp3 files. I would be forever grateful if someone could provide me step by step instruction on what to do. Thank you so much.

Download the RAM file and open it with a text editor. Inside the RAM file should be a URL for a RA file or something similar. Download the RA file (save to disc) and then you can work on converting it to WAV and then MP3.
