micrologic fun
Posted by alison on Fri, 08/18/00 - 11:31:28.
I am desperately looking for a copy of this software for use in school. The software was given away with a Computer music magazine in December 1999 and the company have no back issues left. The software is emagic and the predecessor to microsoft logic AV. It is a simple and easy to use music sequencer. Can anyone help?!!!

micrologic fun troubles
When opening a midi file using the micrologic logic fun with quicktime translation, the tempo sets by default to 60 beats a minute and the time signature to 4/4 although the real time signature may not be 4/4 and the real tempo may well be higher than 60. Is there anyone out there who could tell me how to be able to adjust time signature and tempo to the real one in order, obviously to get the right scores printed out.

I have a version of Micrologic fun. But, how can I send it to you ? It's 10 Megabyte large without compressing.
Thank you for you response.

You can find logic rocket at http://www.harmony-central.com/Rocket. I think it is like Logic Fun, and replaces it in Emagic's "giveaway strategy", with an additional software allowing you to communicate with other musicians on the Net. Also check Emagic's site http://www.emagic.de. Good luck, let me know if it worked.

Re: micrologic fun
I have both the Computer music CD and the Macintosh format version from January 2000. You didn't say what computer you have or what country you lived in.
