hi im kaylene and me and my friends already have a band a i was just wondering if you can get us hoked up in the music chreer. just give us a change and will make it worth your wild for signing us!the other mebers of the band are ashley,and rachel, and me kaylene.we have a name but its not a for sure name so dont think were keeping it.the name is KAR K=kaylene A=ashley R=rachel. we've had this band sence 5th grade. were in 8th right now. but i play electric gatar. rachel plays base gatar. and ashley play the drums. we would be the coolest band ever. so just think about us when you think about signing some one else. well i think that christina agilara the only one with talent there. any way i realy want to become a popstar just like most of us, every one says i have a great voice and dances (i do little performances and people say there exellent) by the way how old are u because i'm only 10 and i can't becomee a singer then (well i think) so have you or any one else you know got any tips.

you aren't gonna get taken on if you say you sound like other people, record companies look for fresh new talent with a unique style. Record companies give you a deal if they think they will make money from you , and they know what the public want, the public is not going to be interested in you if you are going to be somebody you aren't, be yourself, let your own energy out, Britney is going out of fashion now, and christina....well lets just say the genie in the bottle mustn't have give her a wish cos shes 'gone'.
Be yourself, that is the best possible way to get yourself known.
Make a list. I did and I'm nearly there!!!

Your list -

1. Get yourself some backing tracks. If you can't write your own songs, or don't have the music for your own songs, use preowned songs, sing songs that show off your vocal abilities.
2. Practise!!!
3. Get yourself down to a recording studio and record a demo. At least 3 songs.
4. Get some photos taken, and get copies made of your demo.
5. It's best to get CDs, its more professional.
6. Have a go at writing songs, practise helps.
7. Train yourself to sing and dance at the same time.
8.Send a copy of your demo off to record companies (always phone or send a letter to the record company asking them if you can send your demo in, it's more polite).
9. Don't worry if you don't get a reply, this doesn't mean they don't like you, you either aren't what they are looking for, because music is like fashion, its in and out. Remember they get loads of demos so try and make your CD stand out!
10. Don't give up if music is your life and your passion.

hello my name is Kelsey and i have been singing since i was 10 and now that i am 16 i need to take that next step in my life, which is to become a singer like brittney spears, she is such a great singer and it would be an honor to be the next brittney spears. So now i am looking for web sites to help me out on my dream to become a singer. So if you can help me out i would be very greatful, but if not thank you for your time.
