.CDA Karaoke player for PC

I'm trying to find a music player or software program that will allow me to use my karaoke cd's on my pc and display the lyrics on my screen just like it does with a karaoke player and monitor. Can anyone help me find one? The karaoke discs are in .cda format and I have no trouble playing the music on my pc but I cannot get the lyrics to come up. Thanks.
