Bouncing tracks on emagic logic platinum 5.5

Does anyone know in laymans terms how to bounce tracks on Logic platinum 5.5. I only see the record button on the mixer and have not figured out to do it. the manual is useless. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

first you have to highlight the amount of bars your track is at the top i.e. (1-135) then you have to go to the main mixing desk in logic by double clicking on a audio channel, when u get to that point scroll right to the end of the virtual mixing desk there should be 4 0r 5 channels on there own on the first channel click 'bounce output 1-2' then you name the track and it will play it through once it has finished you should have a 'WAV' file of the track in the folder you saved it to!!
