MMJB Suondcard Problem, WaveOut format not supported

When I try to play Mp3 songs I am getting this error?

I had the same problem with mine; Try turning off the computer and open the back. Find your sound card (the one that your speakers plug into) and take out the little screw holding in place. Carefully pull out the sound card out of the slots and replace it. Replace the screw, put the panel on, plug the computer in and re-start. Go to START> ALL PROGRAMS> and find your sound card. See if there is an option to run a diagnosis. If that is not an option, re-start your computer and try playing some music.

I have a Dell and this worked for me using my tech support.

Remember, unplug your computer!!

I had the same problem with my computer yesterday, I restored my computer to a date before I had the problem and everything is back to normal. To restore your computer click START> HELP AND SUPPORT> UNDO CHANGES TO YOUR COMPUTER USING SYSTEM RESTORE> RESTORE MY COMPUTER TO AN EARLIER TIME and then just follow the other instructions, Windows will then automatically restart your computer restoring it to the date you chose (It may take a few minutes so be patient)

Please give me an e-mail if you get this figured out as i have the same problem since i uninstalled yahoo messenger. i can no longer get audio with my videos or mp3 files.

My music was working fine, until I got this error message. I need to know what to do...please help.

i cant play my music any more this message pops up and i dont know what to do with it? when i click on it i just get a message that says "MMJB Soundcard Waveout Format?"

"MMJB Soundcard Problem, Wave Out Format not supported;" I had to go through recovery of my PC; and re-install the system. It worked before just fine, now this

# Please click on Start, and then Right Click on the My Computer icon and Left click on Properties.
# Click on the Tab marked Hardware
# Click on the Device Manager Button
# Click on the + next to SOUND VIDEO AND GAME CONTROLLERS
# The + sign will become a - sign and you may have a list of multiple drivers that drop down below. If so, each driver will need to be removed one at a time. To remove a driver simply point the mouse to the driver, right click the mouse one time, and choose 'Uninstall.'
NOTE:Under this particular heading there will be some drivers that will not allow for removal. Continue to remove the drivers one at a time. If you come to a driver that does not have an option for 'Uninstall,' or produces a message indicating that the driver can not be removed, do not panic, just move to the next driver and attempt to uninstall it.
