DJ mix recording software

I am looking for some software which will enable me to record my mixes from my decks into my laptop, and the edit it so that its not just one long song, but lots of tracks. i want to then record it onto a cd. does anyone know what software could do this for me?

I need some programe easy to use and doesnt matter the price,before buy some programe i wanna try the demo version. (i have ableton v3 but its too confuse)
