Sometimes my solton 100 wont boot up properly and when i select a track from the hard drive scsi error 41 appears. After the keyboard is on for sometime it functions properly. Can you please advise

We used our Solton 100, packed it up, brought it home and now we can't get the song play to come on. We had 100 songs programmed in....when it comes on the message appears...Warning no Floppy...(continue)...We were not using the floppy, but the hard drive. We've tried reseting the hard drive to no avail. Any suggestions?
