I'll bet your beats sound interesting
First you render the output to WAVE file. Then you edit it or sweeten it up with another sound program. Next, you use a CD writing program such as Toast, or Nero, or Exact Audio Copy, or Master Unit and load in your WAVE file. The file needs to be 44.1kHz 16bit format to work. The rest should come as naturally as reading the instructions or browsing the menus. Whhoops., i forgot that you wanted to store them as mp3's. That will mean using a CD-burning program that can create CD roms. Toast (Easy CD Creator) is a good choice because it has tons of easy instructions and online help. Really the program itself can tell you more than i can, and it's not hard.
If you need to encode your WAVE files to mp3, I suggest using BladeEncoder (BladeEnc). It's often found as freeware, and it's so simple to use.
Well, my advice isnt' so great today, but i hope i helped a little
p.s. I'm glad you tried Hammerhead. That's like one of my favorite programs. You should download Tuareg too.

Go to the file menu. Choose "stream to disk" so you
can save your beats as a wav file. Wav files can be
burned to audio-cd's and can be turned into MP3 if
you want to by any mp3 compressor/ripper.
