Converting a *.ftr to an mp3 or wave file
Posted by Shnerple on Wed, 06/12/02 - 19:24:43.
Hey all.
Does anyone know how I could convert a Fruity Tracks .ftr file to an mp3 or wav file?
Or, just where I could download a converter.
Muchly Appreciate the Help.

Re: Converting a *.ftr to an mp3 or wave file
The .ftr files are proprietry to Fruity Loops, so unless you can export as a WAV or MP3 from Fruity Loops itself, you're probably going to be out of luck.
You could try something like Total Recorder. This program sits "between" the computer and the sound card, so anything that goes through the card can be recorded by Total Recorder. I've used it a few times, and it does exactly what it says on the box.
