TMPGEnc Version: Beta 12i(0.11.27.111) does not support asf files. Can not convert.

I'm looking for something that decodes .asf
programs. I have this movie that has a .asf file
extention and my regular mpeg player won't play it.
Can anybody help?

hi,
try windows media player.your mpeg player won't have support for asf files.

Sound Card Problems

I just invested in a Dell XPS D300 PC with Windows 98.
With that I also purchased and installed a Gina Sound
Card. Unfortunately, now my computer screen intermitently
freezes about 50% of the time upon start up. The rest
of the time it works great. Any suggestions as to why
this is happening and how to fix it would be greatly
appreciated!

I had a similar problem with Sound Blaster Live.
I replaced my Cyrex with an AMD
processor and no longer have the problem.
Where did you buy your Gina card?
Have been looking for a used one or new.

Digidesign Session Mixes burned to cd

i have digidesign session software
i just bought a cd rewritable(ricoh) and software ( adaptecs ez cd creator)
i can't get the software to accept a .ses file
my sessions are made of .wav files but it will only accept .wav files
what is a guy to do?

Logic Audio ver after 3.02 will make an Stereo Wav or Aiff file from two L and R channels or tracks. This file can be then imported to your CDr soft .

Try using either Sound Forge or Wavelab, One of these has a "2 mono to stereo merge" a part of the program, I just forget which it is, sorry
