ive just recently purchased a laptop WIN98 150MHZ and I'm trying to get set up with a bit of music mixing/experiment type of thing . what i would like to know is what can i get to get me started? ive tried dancejay but i had alot of problems ( maybe my audiodrive sound card is not good enough ?) please please help!!!!!

hey, i was searching for a record company that might be looking for a new artist. i'm only 12, but i've been told to look like i'm 16. i've been in many choir and band concerts, and done a few solos. i've also been asked to model, but my mother dicided without my or my dad's concerns, in which i would've done it. i really, really would like to sing. that's all i've ever wanted to do. my female idol is christina, i don't like britney though, she's fake. and thats another reason i want to do this, to start at a young age like she did, and just be myself, not turn myself into something that looks like an overstuffed barbie doll.

I am a solo artist who plays bass, keyboards,alto sax and guitar using a four track to record various genres of music from blues and rock to hip-hop and dance/funk. The Cd I am submitting contains all original instrumentals. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psycology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy which makes me quite poetically intellectual when writing lyrics. The songs I submit easily fit in between genres allowing the song to go one way or
the other based on the message and presentation of lyrics for that reason I have omitted lyrics forcing the listener to look within the music and derive from it their own personal experience as to what the music is conveying.
