Vertigo from discoDSP is an additive synthesizer that works for Mac OSX. It can handle VST, 32 and 64-bit Audio Units and RTAS.

It can re-synthesize and import PNG and WAV files into double morphable layers, each having up to 256 oscillators. It also includes 8 effects, FFTview and dual filters.
