Software Description

TD7 Edit enables you to edit and manage patches and instruments for the Roland TD7 Percussion Sound/Trigger Module.

  • All the patch and instrument parameters are supported.
  • Currently the system parameters are not supported.
  • A virtual drumset is displayed in the mainwindow from which you can choose and audition the triggers.
  • Save and load all settings at once or patch by patch.
  • Currently advanced features of the TD7Turbo are not supported.

Comment viewing options

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

Can't get the setup to work

I'm trying to get the MIDI setup to work and all I get is "The unit didn't respond to dump request" message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know if you found by now but go to link for 'Dnote Software': on page where download for td7edit is posted. Their download file works. The other is corrupt I believe. I attached link to this message. Good Luck.

Here's the software that lets you edit the TD-7 pads and stuff. It looks like the download link on this site went dead many months ago. The DNote software people still distribute it.
