don't know why but explorer just doesn't cut it downloading stuff sometimes

I've tried three days in a row to download this. I have had no luck.
Is there another area to download? I've tried all addresses on your site for Out of Phase.
Other software has downloaded fine. I'm quite impressed by the site actually.
