Software Description

Anvil Studio is a multi-track program for recording, composing, editing, and mixing of music using MIDI, digital audio, and sampled percussions.

The free version now hosts VST-Instruments.

The free version lets you record an unlimited number of MIDI tracks and one Audio track. With the Multi-Track accessory ($19), you can record multiple Audio tracks. Audio effects include delay, pitch change, volume change, filtering, and reverse.

Designed to work with optional accessories such as sheet music printing, piano exercises, ear training exercises, and voice-pitch analysis.

Sorry but no. If you can find other software that can convert it to a .MID or .WAV file, then Anvil Studio can import the resulting .MID or .WAV file.

my problem is i cant tape with microphones of my band and mix it it all goes to first and second channels but i can go direct one channel at a time and mix it HELP!!! gary thanks

I may be misunderstanding your question. Select Mixer from the View menu. click on the audio track you want to record to, so that a green dot appears in the left corner. Set the track's channel to MONO, Left, Right, or Stereo. Press the REC button, and that track will get recorded.

I tried your fix on XP with no benefits.I tried all hints from Microsoft and others, but have the same problem. When trying a Wizard in Access I get the error message also. Mine crashed after installing XP SP2 which was a faulty version (the first one) and I then de installed XP Sp 2 and waited for the fixed version. I installed that a few days ago and with the jet database update, the Acess Wizards failed. So in my case, this fix didn't work. Does anyone have any thoughts, 'cause Microsoft don't?

I searched the web for answer to this problem and kept coming across very technical answers. I am not a programmer or am willing to touch anything like the registry so thought this will be helpful to anyone who's in the same position as me.

two notes of the same pitch problem. HELP

I constantly get an error box whenever I want to add notes to a chord on the staff that says "unable to perform this operation because it would result in two notes of the same pitch eing played at the same time on the same track."

I get this error even though the note I am adding to a chord is NOT already written on the staff.
Anyone have this problem? and what can be done?

It seems I have to exit the program and come back and then it will allow me to enter the notes.

not that i've heard of... but i've found a rhyming dictionary to be very helpful. if you really need inspiration try brushing up on your literary knowledge a bit. always helps me.

I have used Anvil since 09/2000.....it produces a good recording.....learn the software and you can get something good out of it.........software like this should cost $500....support is good also

I have a male to male from the phone jack on the little minidisc to my mic jack on my pc and I can hear it playing on my pc but I don't know how to capture it so I can burn it with Nero. How do i get the MD to hold 5 hours of music onto 1 disc. I can only fit about 40 songs onto 1 MD so are they lying or is there another way to do it.
