I clicked on download line Thursday or Friday. All I have been able to get into was a loop that promised to install the files but then gives me a message that the files are already loaded. Do you want to overwrite or abort? Friday, I overwrote the files a couple of times before I figured out that I wasn't getting anyplace. I can't seem to get out of this loop.

I did discover that I could make a print of your sample page. Frankly, it is disappointing. The notes all look like they've been embroidered with barbed wire. The numbers and lower case letters in my printouts are smooth and entire. I figure the problem is in your software program. If this is as good as your printouts get, I'm not interested in this program. If your notes were smooth ellipses and the treble clef didn't look like embroidery cross-stitch, I would be interested in a program that allows me to creat scores, extract and transpose parts, etc. that would be terrific. What does your "Full Virtuoso Edition" produce for copy?

Hey, guys,

Your website is not very easy to move around on. I see prompts that appear and then disappear without a trace. I see pages once, and I can't get to them again. I'm sure the Mozart Music Processor is quite excellent.
BUt, I've been trying to achieve some kind of download for hours. My computer shows it as "saved as" several times. But the computer can niether find it or install it! I'm very much interested in the product. Could u please tell me how I can put this thing on my computer and start trying it out? I wanna buy it. Please tell me what's happening.
