Software Description
A Windows 95 or NT program that lists information about all of the MIDI devices in your system. Good for checking device driver versions, and device capabilities.

no sound
My problem is no sound. Computer hard drive crashed, New hard drive (4gig) and windows2000 was installed with legacy.Reinstalled soundblaster, computer says it cant find driver. Please help

No MIDI device
Hi;
I recently purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude CPiA400XT, 400 MHZ, Pentium II, NOTEBOOK, running Windows 98.
The notebook was configured for business purposes several years ago. The rudimentary sound card is a Neomagic 2200.
Through the control panel, I enter "Multimedia" and select the MIDI tab. The MIDI panel is "greyed out".
I downloaded and ran your MIDI info tool to find that I have no MIDI devices.
I am not an audiophile. My interest is in making home videos primarily of my grandchildren. I have an application program that is capable of playing and saving "background music" to be used in my home videos. Without a MIDI device the application neither plays or saves.
Is there a software solution or an older PCMCIA sound card that would provide MIDI capabilities for my notebook computer.

MIDI sound file format player
Until recently, have been able to download "Webshots" photos and send them as cards, selecting music as a background to photo. Am currently able to download photos, but unable to get any music to play. Wrote webshots, and they said I must have the above mentioned format player...don't I have it already, if I was able to get this background music before...and, if I do have it, where is it now, and how to I re-activate it? Thanks for your help. Bill Atkinson.

I want to give you one question ?
Some times ago I had specific Microsoft device.
Now I want to give me advice, how can i install it.
My Microsoft Series Software/Presto Arranger/ includ follow output devices:MIDI MAPPER, two ESS drivers.
My question is Do you know how i can install My Device
/this is vodoo 3D device or 3D sound/.Where i must go to install it. May be in Control Panel....
My Options include:
MIDI MAPPER
two ESS drivers
???????? i want to instal and Microsoft ........ device

New Machine With Wiondows 98 se to be win 200 but old key board

Will my old reveal music star key board bought in 1994 still work with my new micron with win 2000.
when I first got it it came with mentor studio, but can't get it to work on my new machine, however musicstar seems to work fine.
