Software Description

Karaoke Song List Creator provides a fast and easy way to catalogue all your Karaoke discs. The excellent interface consists of a toolbar, pull down menus, a disc code window, and the song list window. The software holds a complete list of all Karaoke discs. When you select a disc's manufacturer from the list, the disc code window jumps to that maker's list of codes. You then check the box next to the code that matches your disc and hit the Create List button, and all the tracks appear in the bottom song list
window. The Add button lets you import you own custom CDs. After creating your list you are then ready to print your songbooks. You can choose the font type, size and color, a very impressive print output.

Karaoke Song List Creator can sort your list by artist, title, track number or manufacturer. Anyone who owns any Karaoke discs will really appreciate Airwer Karaoke Song List Creator.

the updates are free, however they have done a poor job in the last year or so keeping up with new material. I have about 30 new disk that they just will not add. They update monthly but never add all of the new material as they did couple of years ago. If you try to ask them a question, they do not respond.

No refund for accidental double payment

Please be aware that if you accidentally pay twice for one song book creator they insist that you have ordered 2 and will NOT refund. I paid by credt card through PAYPAL. I am assured by the credit card company that this is up to paypal to negotiate with these people but BE AWARE that computer generated items are NOT paypals responsibility (according to their terms and conditions. )

I am now left with no alternative than to deal with the company or take legal action. Believe me I have tried!!! They just send short sharp e mails telling me that they will not refund because they have sent it twice. Apparently, there is no way of opening a complaint with PAYPAL because they are govened by the DATA PROTECTION ACT.

So Iam left with asking the company to refund!!!!! Any reasonable minded company would refund without question. I am a senior citizen trying to make a songbook for my old folks to do a 40s Karaoke. I will comment later on the outcome. WATCH THIS SPACE!! If they refund I will be the first to sing their praises, however I wont hold my breath.

Lost program trying to update!

Excellent Karaoke data base for the Karaoke home enthusiast or professional use. There is the odd mistake in track listings on some discs but you can make adjustments manually. There seems to be an issue with windows Vista. I upgraded to Vista and KSLC will only print out labels etc in shades of grey despite
the on-screen display of the colour of your choice. If anyone out there has a fix for this it would be appreciated.

Updates are easy to get using your KSLC Password given when the software is purchased. If you have had computer problem virus etc, that affected the KSLC program, and have now sorted it out, simply download the KSLC program again from www.airwer,com and use the key you were given when you first paid for the software, TO OPEN UP THE FULL PROGRAM.

Note: This will only activate on the Email address you gave when you first registered with Airwer.

As far as I am concerned, if airwer sort out the colour printing label issue, they have the best karaoke database so far.

PS: This is purely a database library and cannot be used for making discs form its contents.

If you are thinking about buying from Airwer, think again. I bought this product July 5, 2008. Since then I have been e-mailing Airwer & telling them that they charged my credit card twice for the same product and they will not answer. Also, I have tried to e-mail the support team to ask a question but no one will answer. They had no problem taking my money TWICE. Not Happy in Kentucky.

They've got me worried!

I purchased the program yesterday and it was supposed to be sent via email in less than an hour and I have nothing. Worst yet, I sent an email to all 3 email addresses on their website 12 hours ago and nothing... did I just flush $100????

I bought this program about 3 years ago, it worked fine, I had to change my hard drive because it went to hell on me.. Well here is the problem I ask to get another copy, and the reply was I had to buy another one, what a rip off, and also it do not take all the 5 star karaoke list

So I realized that the free download is a demo and can do absolutely nothing to export, copy, or print your list. So I'm just going down my list and hitting "print screen" and pasting it into excel or word. I think this is the only way to have a free list. Just wanted to share the knowledge.

I have bought this program but airwer won't answer me when I e-mail them. When I try to print a list it tells me to buy the program that I am still in Demo. I tried what you said but it would only let me paste 10 songs. You said to go to print screen, where is that?

I AM HAVING SUPPORT ISSUES TOO. I just purchased this software.
They, he whatever answered the first email with no real help. The answer I got did not solve my problem.
Please if anyone can help: My problem is if you try to add a single song to a file you have created and saved as your songbook,
All songs 15 songs of the file I have chosen a song from are added to the my song book file rather than adding the single song I have selected.
Also I tried merging saved files and it does the same thing. When merging all songs from the master data base chosen files are merged rather than the individual songs I have selected.
Does anyone know if there is a solution for this problem.
Any help is appreciated.
From the email response and two telephone calls to a voice mail that says CALL BACK LATER, I have a sneaky suspicion that this Airwer is a one man operation at best.

Karaoke Song List Creator This so called free program is a demo so much disabled it should qualify for social care It doesn't do anything other than create a songlist which you cannot use. If you want to use it they are charging 99 dollars. What a rip I'll find something else

Airwer has a nice program, but if you ever lose your hard drive and the activated program, forget it. They are on a holiday, I guess. Twenty e-mails to them to reactivate the program, no response. I even asked them to just tell me to go to hell at least. No response. They want you to buy it again. No way. They suck.

The chances are you have your system configured to stop some incomming emails.

I had to reformat due to a virus. I sent an email to airwer and got a reply the same day with the full software.

Yes, good software, but the support from the company does not exist beyond buying it. They don't EVER answer e-mail questions, and if you buy it and lose your computer, guess what??? You have to buy it again!! They don't keep records apparently. My computer crashed, and the program with it, and when I got another computer and wanted to reactivate the program, they just ignored me. COMPLETELY! I will not make the same mistake twice. I think that if you buy something once, it should be yours. They don't. Buyer BEWARE.

Just a note to let you know, KaraokeMaster prints song books too. And, the song printing part of KM is FREE! A devoted user convinced me that I need to give back to the community. So I included the ability to print song books from KM without first converting your files to MP3+G. If you select a song book, right click in the song list and choose 'Add Songs From Disc', you will get a list of disc names that you can then check or drag over to create your songlist.

KM includes a fairly complete and recent catalog - but if you already own one of those other programs, it can probably import their catalog! Also, you can share your catalog, so if you enter a disc by hand, the whole community can benefit!

This functionality is FREE TO THE COMMUNITY FOREVER!

Plus, KM does many other things to karaoke discs and mp3+g files - look to the website for an ad, this is just news.
