Software Description
Karaoke Builder is designed to let you work with the Karaoke CD+G format. With it you can add professional-quality images and special effects to any track. Tracks created with Karaoke Builder can be put on a disc and will play just like the CD+G discs already in your collection.
Put together a series of images and build your own customised sequence of pictures. Or add images to the start, end or middle of an existing Karaoke CD+G track - great for the Karaoke professional wanting to add something special to the show, or for a home user wanting to spice up the party mood! Add an audio track and use it to introduce your show or liven up things between singers... the possibilities are enormous.
With Karaoke Builder you can completely customise your collection of CD+G Karaoke music, create your own tracks using spectacular images, and give some extra dazzle to your Karaoke shows!

Karaoke Builder Studio
I spent countless hours trying to make a workable cdg with KB Studio. IT DOES NOT WORK. Beware! - KB Studio is sold "AS IS". It was purchased as a gift for me, by my 77 year old mother - who knows little about computers and could not try it first.
I have found many more problems with KB Studio than I have space to list here. I did not know about all the bugs and freezing until I spent extensive time (only by trial and error) to learn the program. The help file is no help at all.
KB Studio would not progress further than the first part of the syncing phase until I figured out that you have to hit the "next word" key one more time. Synced lyics don't match up when played at regular speed. It wouldn't work with various mp3 files. It cut off the end off of my wav file, although it checked out OK in a player. Several features, like "Split" words do not work at all. There is no "undo" - you just lose all! Making a cdg file with the mp3 froze the program.
You must change the size of the words in the "edit phase", but the icons are so small that you must try this over and over for each word. Your hand cramps. It often freezes and shuts down when editing or touching buttons! Saving doesn't work - it freezes, and you just loose hours of work! It continued freezing after un-installing, re-installing, and trying on another computer. All e-mails for help were returned as "undeliverable".
I have spent years working with a great variety of music editing programs. DO NOT BUY KB Studio! I think that it is shameful to sell a program until it is functioning and the author will stand behind it. Do not use Paypal or use a Discover card to pay for purchases - they will not protect you from people selling a product knowing that it does not work.
If this program is rewritten - de-bugged, complete, and a non-beta version, I will give it a thorough testing and write a new review with my findings.

Hi everyone, I am looking for a site to burn some karoke songs onto my cd's to practice on my singing in my band. thanks, any help would be appreciated. Just starting out country and need some songs that I can practice with without the expense until I become famous! (smile) thanks

New to computers
I would like to do two things I have a collection of karaoke cd's / cdg's and vcds I want to make a copy of them from my HP Pavilion xe748 can I and what software do I use.

Is there a way or software that I can get, so we can sing on our karaoke machine, and I can copy it on to my cd's with our cd burner.
