Flash Wave2Mp3 Converter is an easy to use tool which specializes in batch conversion from wave files to mp3 files. It employs a nice & clean interface. It supports drag & drop from windows explorer. Many advanced options are included to optimize the sound quality or file size of the generated mp3 files. The options include fixed-bitrate, Variable Bitrate (VBR), noise shaping, ID3 tags, etc.

I just bought an MP3 player and i want to put my cd's on instead of downloading now i been told about your converter will it work on windows XP???
