Software Description

FireBurner's primary purpose is to allow users to easily create CDs from their own data or audio content. FireBurner can also be used to copy data or audio content from a user's CD.

These drivers are NO GOOD for XP! Read the NOtice.

I beleive the problem is that someone put a FireBurner 211 version out. Says its tailored to XP. I think that it has a script file in it made to mess things up! not sure though. I loaded it and got the same message as you. I uninstalled and went with a previous version. But now every version i have tried will only test burn. Please let me know if you get it running.

I am using XP pro and I downloaded my aspi drivers from Adaptec.com. Take care to download only thos that are rated for XP, they are specific to it.

I have installed Ahead Nero CD burner. But After installing, I cannot see my CD driver in the "My Computer" or in explorer.
When I use Roxio CD writer, it says ASPI not found on system.
Where can I find ASPI drivers and what I may need to do to make the softwares run?

When running fireburner it does not recongnize my LG burner...it's like the program can't see it. I have install the ASPI drivers for XP but I get the same thing! I need fireburner to work with my PC...can u help me?

why does it have to be fireburner....does clone cd cdrwin and NERO not work for you either? do you have ECDC installed on your system? did you disable the XP house drivers and install the LG drivers for your LG burner....ummm i don't know what else...i'm about to install FIREBURNER with an LG Burner/WIN XP HOME 5.1 SP1...i'll let you know what happens

whenever i try to install FireBurner on winxp i get an error message saying contact with Windows Installer is impossible because it is not properly installed. but all other programs i install work perfectly... anyone have this problem and know an answer ? MAIL ME! thx

This all depends on what you download. you may need VCDGear, CDMage, VirtualDub, Divix encoders etc. Bin files use CDMage > VCDGear > Nero with Mpeg plugin. Mpeg files just use Nero with Mpeg plugin. i have vcd easy and i have no idea how to use it. it keeps telling i dont have cdrao enabled in my compter and i dont have some other application so i have no idea on what to do...............help please

In the Options Page you will see the setting for DAO Disk At Once. VCD Easy is kind of picky on burning CD's. I use Nero. Go here for help.
