EZNote: How to print text with staff notation

Can anyone out there tell me how to print the
song title (or any other text for that matter)
with the sheet music? This is an excellent
package for people who want to print sheet music
for copyright registration purposes, lead sheets
etc. and I am at present hunting all over the net
to find something similar which will also allow me
to print the title and stuff like "Theme 1", "Verse",
"Middle 8", "Intro", "Ending", "Similar to Theme 1"
and other garbage between the staffs.

i also want to be helped with the sheet music copies of clkassical songs written by great composers like G.F Handel and many othesomething suitable for a church choir.

Unfortunately I don't always have access to a PC, is there a Mac version of EZnote? Do you know where I can find anything like it? EZnote is the best I've used and I'm lost without it.

I like the dos version but have upgraded to windows 95. How can I obtain a windows version complete with manual ? Do you take VISA ?
