Software Description
DirectiXer (pronounced direct-eye-zer) is a VST adapter for DirectX host applications. The program wraps VST plug-ins so that they can be used in DirectX host applications, such as Cakewalk® SONAR™, Sonic Foundry® Vegas™, Syntrillium® CoolEdit™ and many others. DirectiXer fully supports VST 2.0 instruments, exposing them as DXi2 instruments with multiple outputs, and parameter automation recording and playback (host support is required), via either DirectX 8 media parameters or MIDI NRPN messages. The program offers flexible per-plugin option settings and routing capabilities. Supported are both float and fixed point audio formats.
With DirectiXer, you can have the best of both VST and DirectX worlds: DirectX, and especially the emerging DXi standard, versatility, and greater number of VST plug-ins and instruments already avaiable on the market.

I paid for version 2.5 (I think it was 2.50). I have lost both the software and serial number...could you help? You did this once before when I had something simular happen. I don't even know how to get program. I think you found me by my email.

I still use their hoaky freeware version. Cakewalk now owns this software so one must get it from them.
rundll32.exe corruption
A few posters reported rundll32.exe corruption. I want to investigate this problem. Could anybody please tell me why exactly do you suspect rundll32 corruption? If this is an error message, then at what moment it appears and what is the exact text? I am asking because rundll32 file is a system component, and obviosly not replaced or touched by DirectiXer setup. Also, I would appreciate if somebody send me a corrupted copy rundll32.exe, to kkm@pobox.com

Although i am not sure if the problem is with shell 32 or rundll32 but anytime I want to start a program, there will be an error message associated with rundll32, is there anyone to help tell me how I will be able to solve this problem on windows xp. thanks.

rundll32 causing problems on my computer?
my computer has been really screwed up. The mouse cursor will at random times randomly go in different directions and will automaticly open every file it goes over such as desktop items, and dropdown menus. The cursor does not at all respond to how i move my mouse while this problem is happening. I am not sure if this is a virus or what, if anyone knows what my problem is please email me.

recently when i have been on msn messenger everytime i click to speak to someone this rundll32 keeps coming up sending things to people without me doing anything, can you help

What's a matter with these guys? I'm running this app, with on problemks what so ever!! It's really great. I can only give it my best recommendations..
