midi clock for deck

I am trying to sync deck with my triton Le, but I can't find the right plugin to operate a midi clock. How do I do this?

Scrolling

I have Bias Deck v3.5 LE. There must be a way to have the window displaying the wave file actively scroll so the cursor location when playing back is always in the active window. How? The only way I have been able to do it is to manually scroll the window.
